Eat healthy, live better! - floor mat 36 x 350 cm

Resistant floor mat 3.5 m long and 36 cm wide presenting in a vivid and pictorial way how to eat, what to eat to be healthy, what to avoid and what to replace.
The mat was developed based on the current version of the pyramid of healthy eating and physical activity for schoolchildren, i.e. children and adolescents of school age based on the recommendations of the Institute of Food and Nutrition in Warsaw announced in 2016 and the latest WHO (World Health Organization) recommendations. It also contains recommendations related to physical activity. The mat contains nice, drawing recommendations for healthy eating marked with familiar children's icons (emoticons) and descriptions: "ACCESS AFTER" (e.g. ...fruit and vegetables in their natural form; ...vegetable oils instead of animal ones); "ACCESS" (e.g. ...sweetened and coloured products; ...light bread in favour of dark bread; etc.).
The mat is colourful and legible and is covered with a special transparent flooring laminate which is very resistant to abrasion. This teaching aid can be fixed or spread on the floor or other flat surfaces. It can also be permanently fixed to the floor like a carpet, using a double-sided tape for carpeting. The mat can also be stored in a coiled form.

The dimensions of the mat: 36 x 350 cm (= length: 3.5 metres!).
