Mineral identification is not an easy task. The collection practically demonstrates one of the ways of identifying minerals, namely the colour of the scratch left by the mineral on an unsanded surface. The collection contains 8 samples of approx. 2.5 x 3.5 cm each and an unsanded porcelain tile.
