The set allows you to work in 4 groups and allows you to detect the presence of starch in different foods and plants, as well as to learn about the basic properties of starch, using simple methods. The composition includes, among others: scales, Pasteur pipettes, beaker, spoon-pattern, baguette, iodine, laboratory gloves.
