The colourful set, whose main elements, though not the only ones, are a printed mat, a wooden colour truck and cards with photographs of waste, teaches in a friendly way to learn the correct segregation of waste - collected and handed over to waste collection sites in accordance with local rules for waste segregation and collection.

The set uses in its assumptions the desire for healthy competition and the willingness to brag about the knowledge, in this case about waste segregation (still popularly called rubbish).

The set activates the whole class or group and, thanks to additional elements, allows the teacher (teacher) to quickly and easily check which group best sorted the assigned waste and what groups had problems with.

Hey! It does not matter whether the paper is collected together with metals or including plastic. The most important is to learn what kind of waste made of paper, metals, glass or plastic is subject to segregation, and what is not, and then it is thrown into a container with unsorted (so called mixed) waste. First of all, segregated waste is recycled, so it is important to throw in well segregated, selected waste and to segregate as much of it as possible.

The types of waste and the correct way of its segregation are shown. Apart from photos, there are also guidelines and rules of segregation (collection) of a given type of waste. For example, in case of paper, one of the rules is "do not throw in lacquered or foiled paper or wallpaper", and examples of additional information to encourage proper waste segregation are: "the proportion of cullet in glass smelting can reach 75%", "waste from this group /plastic/ is an excellent raw material for the production of sports and tourism equipment".
