Fully equipped optical board

The fully-equipped optical bench consists of a 120 cm long anodised aluminium optical bench with a 100 cm sliding scale on the side of the bench, elements for fixing optical and other parts on the bench (necessary for all basic and additional experiments), such as a platform, lens holders, prism table, plates with holes and guides, a ray-making device (with built-in hinged mirrors, lens, side and front guides and light source) and a wide range of optical accessories such as: concave, convex, double-concave and double-convex lenses, diaphragms with narrow and wide gaps, flat and curved mirrors, colour filters and colour matrixes, 3-colour mixing filter, white screen, prisms with different angles including prism blocks, slides with holes of different diameters, with F, graduation and discs. A total of 66 basic elements listed below. The set does not include a power supply. The labs without a power supply can purchase it separately (power supply parameters: 3A, 12V).

The set's very rich optical equipment and its completeness make it possible to carry out a number of classic optical experiments, as well as other fields related even indirectly to optics. And so, with the help of the set, we will experimentally present such concepts as: shadow and half-shadow, refraction of light in a prism, image and reflection of light in mirrors (mirrors), focusing and diffusing lenses, focusing lens focal points, but also myopia of the human eye and its correction. Generally, the thematic scope of school experiments and experiments that can be carried out with the help of the Optical Bench can be divided into 4 parts: reflections, refractions, colours, others. In the manual there are more than 30 experiments (described and drawn), which include: light rays, mirrors, multiple reflections, parallax, focal length, aberrations, reflective surfaces, mirrors, refractions, total internal reflection, colour absorption, lenses and their focal lengths, rays of curvature, colour mixing, spherical enlargements, shadows.
